We are a residential real estate company based in Greenville, SC. We work with homeowners who need to sell, buyers looking for the right property, and investors building something long term. Houses come to us in every condition and circumstance. Some ready for the market, some far from it. Our team has enough range to handle both. We own homes and sell them ourselves, which means we understand the numbers from the inside. Sellers get an honest read on their property. Buyers get a straight answer about what they are looking at.

Our team knows the Greenville area and pays close attention to the details that move a transaction along. We ask good questions early, give people accurate information, and keep the file organized so nothing stalls at the wrong moment. Some situations are simple. Others take patience and a few creative turns. Either way, you will work with people who explain what is happening as it happens rather than leaving you to guess.

Denise Cassano Stanley

Co-Founder

Denise earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1985 and spent three decades in the pharmacy profession, including leadership and management roles. Her professional journey later expanded into natural health and wellness, and in 2020 she became a Board Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine.

Throughout her career, Denise has remained committed to integrity, personal growth, meaningful relationships, and serving others. Her entrepreneurial experience includes building businesses, leading teams, and founding a homeschool organization while raising and homeschooling her six children.

Denise has long recognized the value of real estate investing and the opportunity it provides to create lasting value for families and communities. Her work is grounded in a desire to love, serve, and honor God while positively impacting others and building a meaningful legacy for her family.

Kevin Stanley

Co-Founder

With a foundation in engineering, I have built my career around solving complex problems, leading with purpose, and creating lasting value. My experience as a United States Navy veteran instilled in me a deep appreciation for discipline, integrity, teamwork, and service. Those principles continue to shape the way I approach both my professional and personal life. Above all, my faith in God is the cornerstone of who I am and guides my decisions, relationships, and sense of purpose. I am deeply grateful for my family, who are my greatest source of joy, motivation, and inspiration. I believe success is measured not only by what we accomplish, but also by the character we demonstrate and the people we positively impact along the way. Whether in business, service, or everyday life, I strive to honor God, serve others, and build something meaningful for my family and future generations.

Cor9 Partners buys, sells, and rents residential property as a real estate investment company. When we purchase your house, sell you a home, or rent one to you, we are not acting as your real estate agent or broker. We are glad to work with you directly, and just as glad to work alongside your agent or broker if you have one. Our focus is on improving properties and adding useful housing to the community.
